Venue Partner

Businesses or individuals who list their venues on our platform for booking.

By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using GoDine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoDine. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Security

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by venue and are clearly displayed during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific venue's cancellation policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

GoDine acts as an intermediary between users and venue partners. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues, though we will assist in resolving disputes when possible.

In no event shall GoDine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
