1. Google Maps Booking & Google Maps Booking
How does Google Maps Booking differ from adding a website link on Google?
With Google Maps Booking, guests choose time, party size and confirm bookings through the availability flow integrated by GoDine, rather than only following a loose external link. Specific Google display depends on Google/merchant conditions.
What are the requirements for a restaurant to display the "Reserve a table" button?
You need valid ownership of the Google Business Profile, matching address data, clear availability and suitable merchant conditions for GoDine to configure Google Maps Booking.
2. Implementation & Integration
How long does it take for a restaurant to start receiving bookings from Google?
It depends on the status of your Google Business Profile. If your data is standardized, the onboarding process with GoDine and Google approval typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
I have multiple branches. Does GoDine support centralized management?
Yes. GoDine provides a Multi-location Dashboard that allows you to manage all branches from a single account, while also granting custom access permissions for each branch manager.
3. Pricing & Subscription Plans
Does GoDine charge a commission fee per booking?
No, GoDine operates on a B2B SaaS model, offering subscription plans based on the number of branches and features. We do not charge commission fees on successful guest bookings from Google.
